Despite efforts over the last three decades by governments in sub-sahara Africa to tackle the issue of poverty and unemployment through various wealth creation and poverty alleviation programme, not much seems to have been achieved. The rapid population growth rates, globalization and technological advances, Continuous decrease in the manufacturing employment, illiteracy, education systems that produce unskilled graduates and inadequate infrastructure are still primary to increasing poverty and un employment in sub- Sahara Africa .
